近来孙志刚惨死广州一事引起社会的极大关注。悲痛之余,人们开始思考造成孙志刚之死的原因。有人认为执法人员素质太低是直接原因,也有人认为将现行的国务院的收容遣送规定上升为法律就可以解决这样的问题。本人认为,只有根本废除收容遣送制度才能避免类似孙志刚这样的悲剧重演,为什么要废除收容遣送制度呢?因为从根本上说它是一项违宪的制度。 Recently, the death of Sun Zhigang caused great concern in Guangzhou.
