目前,我国人事档案信息资源的开发利用工作存在不少问题,人事档案信息资源能发挥的作用与应发挥的作用之间还存在不小差距。作为各项管理工作的依据和基础,人事档案信息资源在企事业单位各项职能的充分发挥过程中具有极其重要的作用。如何加强人事档案信息资源的开发与利用成为当前研究的重点。为此,从人事档案信息资源开发与利用的必要性分析出发,然后就当前人事档案信息资源的开发与利用存在的问题从人事档案信息资源开发与利用的管理意识落后、人事档案信息资源的共享度不足以及人事档案信息资源的内容陈旧、质量不高三个方面进行深入分析。最后对加强人事档案信息资源的开发与利用的具体实现方式进行全面的阐述,涵盖加强人事档案信息资源开发与利用的收集和编研工作、健全人事档案信息资源开发与利用的管理制度以及推进人事档案信息资源开发与利用的管理队伍建设力度三个方面。
