随着我国基础教育改革的不断深入推进,素质教育的重要意义日益凸显,素质教育管理水平也倍受关注。小学教育是义务教育的重要阶段。全面提升小学生的综合素质,切实提高小学素质教育管理水平,既符合我国教育的基本目标,也是现代教育的核心要求。但就现状看,各校素质教育养成管理还有诸多提升的方向。本文依据教育理论和我国素质管理的一系列规范,以辽宁省实验学校为在校六年级学生搭建的成长式平台为例,阐述按照这一模式开展小学阶段素质教育最后一课的重要意义,探析素质教育的开展方式。
