一、概述新海发电厂为一中压凝汽式电厂,总容量8.6万千瓦,装有2.5万千瓦×2,1.2万千瓦×1,6000千瓦×4机组共七台。为解决附近一些化工单位用汽,采用多机抽汽供热,虽提高了机组的热经济性,但为了满足用户的供热量和供汽压力,抽汽供热机组的强迫电负荷甚大,影响机组的电负荷调节。为解决上述存在问题,将一台6000千瓦机组作供热改造的试点。其改造方案简述如下:增开抽汽口以扩大供热量,非调节各级堵去大部份喷咀以减少排汽量和满足其供热压力,停用循环水并降低真空在凝汽器内加热全厂补给水和邻机部份复水。
