本文在溶胶-凝胶体系中直接合成了Mg-Al化学修饰的介孔材料MgAlO/SBA-15。高分辨电镜(HRTEM)显示该功能化材料仍然保持了SBA-15的介孔结构。27Al和29Si MAS NMR表明Al插入了Si-O骨架,这些骨架取代的Al造成了强酸中心,NH3-TPD结果表明随着Al负载量的增加酸量上升。修饰后的介孔材料对环境毒物分子亚硝胺具有选择性吸附的作用,使其在更低的温度下被催化降解,是一种环境友好型净化新材料。
In this paper, a Mg-Al chemically modified mesoporous MgAlO / SBA-15 was directly synthesized in a sol-gel system. High-resolution electron microscopy (HRTEM) showed that the functionalized material still retained the mesostructure of SBA-15. The 27Al and 29Si MAS NMRs showed that Al intercalated into the Si-O framework, and that these framework-substituted Als caused strong acid sites. The NH3-TPD results showed that the amount of acid increased with increasing Al loading. The modified mesoporous material has selective adsorption on environmental toxic molecule nitrosamines, which makes it be catalytically degraded at lower temperature. It is an environmentally friendly purification of new materials.
