基于久效磷农药对乙酰胆碱酯酶的抑制作用,利用天然聚合物海藻酸钠在玻碳电极表面固载乙酰胆碱酯酶,构建了一种能够快速检测久效磷农药残留的电化学生物传感器。试验中以氯化硫代乙酰胆碱(ATCl)为底物,当溶液中存在一定浓度的久效磷农药时,由于乙酰胆碱酯酶的活性受到抑制,从而导致传感器对ATCl的响应电流减小。根据该生物传感器响应电流的变化与农药浓度的关系可以实现久效磷农药的快速检测。在优化的试验条件下,该传感器对久效磷农药的线性检测范围为4.5~98.0 ng/mL,检测限为2.0 ng/mL。同时,该生物传感器还实现了实际蔬菜样品中久效磷农药残留的高灵敏检测。
Based on the inhibitory effect of monocrotophos on acetylcholinesterase, an electrochemical biosensor capable of rapidly detecting monocrotophos pesticide residues was constructed by immobilizing acetylcholinesterase on the surface of glassy carbon electrode with natural polymer sodium alginate. When ATCC was used as substrate, when the concentration of monocrotophos pesticides was in the solution, the response of ATCL to sensor decreased due to the inhibition of the activity of acetylcholinesterase. According to the biosensor response current changes and the relationship between pesticide concentrations can be achieved monocrotophos rapid detection of pesticides. Under optimized experimental conditions, the linear detection range of the pesticide for monocrotophos was 4.5 ~ 98.0 ng / mL and the limit of detection was 2.0 ng / mL. At the same time, the biosensor also realizes highly sensitive detection of monocrotophos pesticide residues in real vegetable samples.
