近年来我国旅游市场发生了大量天价消费“宰客”事件,不仅暴露出当前我国消费者范围规定和消费者知情权内容规定的滞后,同时也反映了消费者自我保护观念的淡薄、经营者履行提供信息义务的意识的缺乏及政府规章制度的失灵。为了保护消费者的知情权,本文认为需提高消费者的防范意识,同时构建生产经营与政府信息披露制度。
In recent years, a large number of incidents occurred in the tourism market in China. As a result, not only the lag of current regulations on the scope of consumers in China and the contents of consumers’ right to know are exposed, but also the weakening of the concept of self-protection by consumers The lack of awareness of the obligation to provide information and the failure of government rules and regulations. In order to protect the consumers’ right to know, this paper argues that it is necessary to raise consumer awareness of prevention and at the same time establish a system of production and operation and government information disclosure.
