将油页岩干馏过程中产生的可燃瓦斯气用于发电,是油页岩炼油企业实现“节能减排”的重要途径。为避免发电机组缸体腐蚀,在瓦斯气用于发电前,必须通过预处理工艺去除其中含有的H2S和焦油等杂质。以龙矿集团龙福油页岩公司为例,介绍了典型的瓦斯气预处理工艺流程及相关的工艺参数。该工艺采用“电捕焦油器(脱油、脱水)—脱硫塔(PDS湿法脱硫)—气柜—发电机组”的净化流程。采用该工艺对瓦斯气进行预处理后,瓦斯气中的焦油含量从处理前的15~20g/m3(标准)降低至50mg/m3(标准)以下,H2S含量从处理前的5~8g/m3(标准)降低至200mg/m3(标准)以下,完全满足发电机组发电和燃气排放气中SO2的环保指标要求。该工艺具有操作简单,管理方便,脱硫效率高,循环液含盐少、不易积累,投资少,费用低,运行稳定等特点。
The oil shale retorting process produces combustible gas used for power generation, oil shale oil refining enterprises to achieve “energy saving ” an important way. The process has the characteristics of simple operation, convenient management, high desulfurization efficiency, less salt in circulating fluid, less accumulation, less investment, low cost and stable operation.
