今年是世界反法西斯战争及中国抗日战争胜利50周年,重温这段历史对我们具有特殊的意义。在中国共产党领导下,经过8年抗战,中国人民取得了胜利,创造了人类战争史上的奇观,谱写了气壮山河的英雄史诗,充分展现了伟大的爱国主义精神。爱国主义是伟大的民族之魂,是民族进步和社会发展的精神支柱,具有巨大的凝聚力和向心力。中华民族屡遭侵略而未亡,历尽劫难而不衰,爱国主义的优良传统是其基本因素之一。
This year marks the fiftieth anniversary of the world anti-fascist war and the victory of the Chinese anti-Japanese war. It is of special significance to us to review this history. Under the leadership of the Communist Party of China, after eight years of war of resistance, the Chinese people have won triumphalities, created spectacle in the history of human warfare, wrote heroic epic poems of great mighty mountains and rivers, and fully demonstrated the great spirit of patriotism. Patriotism is the soul of a great nation, the spiritual pillar of national progress and social development, and has great cohesion and solidarity. The Chinese nation has repeatedly suffered aggression but has not survived. It has survived catastrophe and its fine tradition of patriotism is one of its basic elements.
