例1:女,23岁。一次服安宁100片,白酒50毫升,3小时后来诊。深昏迷.呼吸浅表,曾有呼吸停止,全身青紫,瞳孔小,对光反应迟钝,血压80/60毫米汞柱,心率116/次分,四肢弛缓,膝反射减弱。在服药后16小时30分进行血液灌流,共灌流50分钟。灌流结束后25分钟出现痛觉反射、睫毛反射及不自主上肢运动。血液灌流后14小时出现躁动,15小时后清醒。在灌流过程中又出现呼吸停止、血压下降到40/0毫米汞柱,曾使用呼吸机呼吸,静脉用升压药及呼吸兴奋药。血液灌流前化验检查;白细胞2.4万,血小板21万,灌流后白细胞2万,血小板14万。例2:男,34岁。一次服氯丙嗪30多片和安坦、异丙嗪、速可眠各10多片,2小时后来诊。中度昏迷,呼吸运动正常,无眶上反射,瞳孔2毫米,对光反射微弱,血压120/80毫米汞柱,心肺正常,腹壁反射,膝反射减弱。在治疗过程中呼吸逐渐浅表,发绀,瞳孔光反射和深浅反射全部消失。在服药后15小时进行血液灌流,共90分钟,灌流60分钟时,呼吸变深,出现咳嗽和咽下动作。灌流结束拔出血管插管缝皮时病人大声喊痛,要求“翻身”,2小时后完全清醒。术前化验检查白细胞2万,血小板18万。术后白细胞2.1万,血小板13万。
