为减少烧结资源的二次浪费,探索用烧结电除尘灰制备为高冶金性能和低锌含量的金属化球团矿。将烧结电除尘灰配加轧钢皮、活性炭、膨润土以及有机黏结剂的混合料造成生球并经预热、焙烧后,检测各组球团矿耐压强度及脱锌率。结果表明:随着活性炭配比的增加,球团矿耐压强度先增加后降低,在活性炭质量分数为3%时,达到最高;活性炭含量为1%~4%时,脱锌率基本不变,为47%;在活性炭含量为5%时,脱锌率下降;烧结电除尘灰中配加3%的活性炭能得到较好冶金性能及低锌含量的金属化球团矿。
In order to reduce the secondary waste of sintering resources, the metallized pellets with high metallurgical properties and low zinc content were explored by sintering ESP. The sintering ESP with rolling steel, activated carbon, bentonite and organic binder mixture resulting in raw balls and preheating, roasting, the test pellets pressure strength and dezincification rate. The results show that with the increase of the proportion of activated carbon, the compressive strength of pellets first increases and then decreases, and reaches the maximum when the mass fraction of activated carbon is 3%. When the content of activated carbon is 1% ~ 4%, the dezincification rate basically remains unchanged , Which is 47%. When the content of activated carbon is 5%, the dezincification rate decreases. When 3% activated carbon is added into the sintering ESP, metallized pellets with good metallurgical properties and low zinc content can be obtained.
