本文提出了作叶轮叶片面的上下游延伸流面,在叶片面和上下游延伸流面围成的接长了的叶轮流动通道内,用准正交面方法计算三元流场。经迭代调整,当叶片延伸流面和各中间流线、流面都收敛到稳定的位置后,就得到考虑下上游影响的叶片通道中气流参数三元分布。本方法可用于变工况流场计算。用本方法计算一个离心式压气机叶轮三个工况下的三元流场,所得流场与叶轮性能试验结果大体上是协调一致的。
In this paper, the flow field upstream and downstream of the impeller blade surface is proposed. The flow field of the impeller is calculated by using the quasi-orthogonal surface method in the long impeller flow path surrounded by the blade surface and the upstream and downstream extension flow surfaces. After iterative adjustment, the air flow parameters in the vane channel with the influence of the downstream reaches ternary distribution when the laminar flow and the middle streamline converge to a stable position. The method can be used to calculate the flow field under variable conditions. This method is used to calculate the ternary flow field of a centrifugal compressor impeller under three conditions. The obtained flow field is in good agreement with the impeller performance test results.
