一、引言目前,作为第一代的红外探测器件——单元探测器件,都已达到背景限的理想水平,并实现了器件的商品化。但随着红外系统的发展,还远不能满足系统(特别是军用系统)的要求,这就对红外多元探测器的研究和使用产生了很大的动力。国外从六十年代初期就着手研制多元器件,早在1971年,美国的第一颗预警卫星就使用了2000元的PbS器件。目前,多元阵列器件已用于红外多目标搜索、跟踪、制导、侦察、成象、卫星姿态控制等系统中。
I. INTRODUCTION At present, as the first generation of infrared detection device - unit detection devices, have reached the ideal level of the background, and to achieve the commercialization of the device. However, with the development of the infrared system, it is far from meeting the requirements of the system (especially the military system), which has greatly motivated the research and use of infrared multiple detectors. Foreign countries started to develop multi-component devices from the early 1960s. As early as 1971, the first US-based early warning satellite used 2,000 yuan of PbS devices. At present, multi-element array devices have been used in infrared multi-target search, tracking, guidance, reconnaissance, imaging, satellite attitude control system.
