螺旋输送机系统是土压平衡盾构的重要组成部分。通过改变螺旋输送机转速可以调整密封舱内土渣排出速度,从而调整密封舱压力。提出一种基于流量补偿单泵供油的新型螺旋输送机电液控制系统,详细介绍其工作原理,并给出液压系统的设计计算,分析基于流量补偿技术的控制方法,最后利用AMEsim软件对系统进行相关仿真研究,比较补偿和未补偿的螺旋输送机转速曲线,验证该系统的有效性及控制方法的合理性,为盾构螺旋输送机系统设计提供参考依据。
The screw conveyor system is an important part of the earth pressure balance shield. By changing the screw conveyor speed can be adjusted within the sealed cabin dirt discharge speed, thereby adjusting the pressure in the sealed chamber. A new type of screw conveyor electro-hydraulic control system based on flow compensation and single-pump oil supply is proposed. Its working principle is introduced in detail. The design and calculation of hydraulic system are given. The control method based on flow compensation technology is analyzed. Finally, AMEsim The relative simulation studies are carried out to compare the compensated and uncompensated screw conveyor speed curves to verify the effectiveness of the system and the rationality of the control methods, thus providing a reference for the design of the shield screw conveyor system.
