低成本战略指的是企业在提供相同的产品或服务时,通过在内部加强成本控制。在研究、开发、生产、销售、服务和广告等领域内把成本降低到最低限度,使成本或费用明显低于行业平均水平或主要竞争对手,从而赢得更高的市场占有率或更高的利润,成为行业中的成本领先者的一种竞争战略。笔者作为上海石化一名基层的宣传干部,试图从本单位实施低成本战略的情况,谈谈自己对建立、推进、实施低成本战略长效管理机制的粗浅认识。
A low-cost strategy refers to an organization that enhances cost control internally by providing the same product or service. Minimize costs in areas such as research, development, manufacturing, sales, service and advertising, keeping costs or expenses significantly below the industry average or major competitors, resulting in higher market share or higher profits , A competitive strategy for cost leadership in the industry. As an advocacy cadre at the grass-roots level of Shanghai Petrochemical Company, the author tries to explain its superficial understanding of establishing, promoting and implementing low-cost strategic long-term management mechanism from the perspective of implementing low-cost strategy.
