On April 8, 1997, Guangdong Sanmao Railway Co., Ltd. and Guangdong Sanmao Railway Industrial Development Co., Ltd. were solemnly listed in Guangzhou, marking that the standardization and restructuring of Sanmao Railway Company made substantive progress, which indicated that Sanmao Railway Co., Ltd. A new starting point, entered a new stage of development. As the product of China’s reform and opening up, San Mao Railway is the first joint-venture railway that successfully played the two positive motives of the central and local governments.
