本文提出了一套新的设计方案,尝试以机、电、液协同动作的控制和传动系统来分别完成和解决颚式破碎机普遍存在的排矿口间隙调整不便,肘板保险装置不可靠和大型颚式破碎机起动困难等问题,首次提出了“主动保险”和“被动保险”的概念,并作出了相应的设计。文中对整个方案的设计思想和工作原理作了较为详细地阐述,并进行了必要的设计计算加以论证。
In this paper, a new design proposal is proposed to attempt to complete and solve the common inconvenience of gap adjustment of the jaw crusher by controlling and transmitting the mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic synergistic actions. The elbow safety device is not reliable and Problems such as the start-up of large-scale jaw crushers have brought forward the concepts of “active insurance” and “passive insurance” for the first time, and have made corresponding designs. In this paper, the design concept and working principle of the entire project are elaborated in detail, and the necessary design calculations are carried out to demonstrate.
