参与合作研发是企业获取新技术的重要途径之一,合作研发对于提高企业的技术能力起着关键的作用。本文介绍了合作研发发展的趋势和形成的动机。根据项目管理思想,提出了企业间进行合作研发的模型。并且从影响研发项目成功的关键因素研究入手,结合国内外合作研发项目中存在的问题,分析了项目管理方面影响合作研发绩效的关键因素。希冀借此能给国内企业在合作研发项目方面给予一些参考和启示。
Participating in cooperative research and development is one of the important ways for enterprises to acquire new technologies. Cooperative R & D plays a key role in improving the technological capabilities of enterprises. This article describes the development trend and the motivation of the cooperative R & D. According to the idea of project management, a model of cooperative R & D among enterprises is proposed. Starting from the research on the key factors that affect the success of R & D projects, combined with the existing problems in the R & D projects at home and abroad, the key factors that affect the performance of R & D in project management are analyzed. I hope this can give domestic enterprises in cooperation in research and development projects to give some reference and inspiration.
