以虎门二桥主桥的钢箱梁加工厂为工程背景,建立BIM管理平台,对钢厂的运营和管理进行优化,在此BIM平台上以三维模型为载体,实现钢箱梁深化设计,出图和算量。深化设计可以在对钢箱梁各部件进行预拼装的基础上发现设计图纸的错漏碰缺,同时深化设计的三维模型的交互漫游等功能在施工组织,技术交底,现场可视化效果突出,增加沟通效率;自动出图可以减少人工出图的工作量;最后在模型基础上对相应构件输出报表,进行算量。
