从1840年鸦片战争以后的一百多年,中国人民备受列强的欺凌和侵略,经过无数次的悲壮而顽强的抗争,才实现了独立与解放。从1949年建立了新中国起,又经过了五十余年的艰苦奋斗、自力图强的曲折经历,今天,中国人民为实现国家富强、民族振兴和人民幸福,正在邓小平理论指引的康庄大道上,推动着中国的伟大变革和历史进步。
