目的:研究冠心病(CHD)患者血清尿酸(UA)、高敏C反应蛋白(CRP)及纤维蛋白原(FBG)水平变化及它们之间的关系。方法:分别采用比浊法、终点法测定200例不同类型的CHD患者(稳定型心绞痛(SAP)31例、不稳定型心绞痛(UAP)56例、急性心肌梗死(AMI)113例)以及70例正常患者(对照组)血清UA、CRP及FBG含量。结果:CHD患者组UA([479.84±99.97)μmol/L]、CRP([16.49±4.27)mg/L]和FBG([4.76±0.94)g/L]含量明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);CHD患者组中血清UA、CRP及FBG的浓度均以AMI组增高最为显著;CRP同FBG呈正相关(r=0.789,P<0.01)。结论:血清UA、CRP及FBG同CHD关系密切,CRP同FBG呈正相关。
Objective: To investigate the changes of serum uric acid (UA), high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (CRP) and fibrinogen (FBG) in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) and their relationship. Methods: 200 cases of CHD patients (31 cases of stable angina pectoris (SAP), 56 cases of unstable angina pectoris (UAP), 113 cases of acute myocardial infarction (AMI)) and 70 cases of CHD Normal patients (control group) serum UA, CRP and FBG levels. Results: The levels of UA (479.84 ± 99.97) μmol / L, CRP (16.49 ± 4.27) mg / L and FBG (4.76 ± 0.94) g / L in CHD patients were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.01). The levels of serum UA, CRP and FBG in CHD patients were the most significant increase in AMI group. CRP was positively correlated with FBG (r = 0.789, P <0.01). Conclusion: Serum UA, CRP and FBG are closely related to CHD, and CRP is positively correlated with FBG.
