全纳教育是面向社会中的全体儿童,对特殊需要儿童学习、生活及成年后如何进入社会与社会融合的教育体系。国际上发达国家的全纳教育发展的较为均衡与顺利,由于在教育理念、教育经费、社会保障、经济基础上的差异,我国全纳教育体系、理念发展不顺利,全纳教育思想在教育界没有广为宣传,全纳教育理念不为广大教师所接收与了解。本文所要表述的是请关注我们的特殊需要儿童生存现状,因为大多数特殊需要儿童经过干预是可以在普通学校受教育进入社会正常生活,接纳所有的学生注重融合教育注重学生的个体差异。
Inclusive education is an education system for all children in society and for learning, living and advancing into social and social integration for children with special needs. The development of inclusive education in the developed countries in the world is relatively balanced and smooth. Due to the differences in educational philosophy, education funding, social security and economic foundation, the inclusive education system in our country has not developed smoothly. Without extensive publicity, the concept of inclusive education is not accepted and understood by the majority of teachers. What we are going to describe here is to pay attention to the situation of our children with special needs because most children with special needs are able to receive normal social education in ordinary schools. All students are encouraged to focus on inclusive education and focus on individual differences among students.
