分别以3个香蕉品种的多芽体茎尖和5个香蕉品种的未成熟雄花为外植体,诱导产生胚性愈伤组织.结果分别从2个基因组类型为AAA的品种的多芽体茎尖和未成熟雄花获得了胚性愈伤组织,而未能从基因组类型为AAB或ABB的香蕉品种中获得胚性愈伤组织.胚性愈伤组织的诱导率受基因组类型、品种和培养条件等因素的影响.以上述4个品种的胚性愈伤组织为起始材料成功建立了胚性细胞悬浮系,不同香蕉品种,从其胚性愈伤组织建立胚性细胞悬浮系的难易程度有所不同.
