培育壮苗是优质烤烟生产的重要保证,中国当前普遍采用的烟草漂浮育苗技术存在诸多弊端,为对其进行改进,以’湘烟3号’为材料,研究了移栽前控水与生根粉处理对烤烟烟苗素质和还苗期生理特性的影响。结果表明:(1)控水处理对烟苗素质影响较小,生根粉处理与控水+生根粉处理对烟苗素质有显著影响,主要表现为株高下降、茎秆变粗、物质积累量增加。(2)移栽前控水与生根粉处理均可提高烟苗叶绿素含量与根系活力,以控水+生根粉处理效果最优,生根粉处理次之,控水处理最差。(3)各处理均可提高烟苗硝酸还原酶与转化酶活性,降低烟苗丙二醛含量,效果以控水+生根粉处理最好,生根粉处理效果次之,控水处理再次;同时可见,移栽前10天处理的效果优于移栽前5天处理。综合来看,移栽前10天控水+生根粉处理对改善烟苗素质与还苗期生理特性的效果最好。
Nurturing strong seedlings is an important guarantee for the production of high-quality flue-cured tobacco. There are many drawbacks in current tobacco floating seedling raising technology in China. In order to improve it, ’Xiangyan No.3’ was used as material to study the effects of water control and rooting before transplanting Effects of Treatments on Physiological Characteristics of Flue-cured Tobacco Seedlings at Seedling Stage. The results showed that: (1) Controlled water treatment had little effect on the quality of tobacco seedlings, rooting powder treatment and watering + rooting powder treatment had significant effects on the quality of tobacco seedlings, mainly decreased plant height, thicker stems, material accumulation increase. (2) Controlled water and rooting powder treatment before transplanting could improve the chlorophyll content and root vigor of tobacco seedlings, and the best effect of controlling water and rooting powder, followed by rooting powder and water treatment were the worst. (3) The treatments could improve the activity of nitrate reductase and invertase in tobacco seedlings and the content of malondialdehyde in tobacco seedlings. The effect was the best in controlling water and rooting powder, followed by the treatment of rooting powder and water treatment again. Can be seen that the first 10 days before transplanting effect better than transplanting 5 days before treatment. Taken together, 10 days before transplanting water + rooting powder treatment to improve the quality of tobacco seedlings and also the best physiological characteristics of seedlings.
