脑卒中消化道出血较常见,我院4年多来共收治各型、各部位脑卒中患者607例。其中脑梗塞者298例,脑出血251例,蛛网膜下腔出血58例。脑出血合并消化道出血者较多共52例占20.7%、合并脑梗塞(大面积梗塞者居多)为25例占8.3%、蛛网膜下腔出血者为9例占15.5%。607例病人中合并消化 Stroke gastrointestinal bleeding more common, our hospital for more than 4 years to treat all types of stroke in various parts of 607 patients.
