案例教学法是德育教师在课堂上普遍采用的教学方法。作者结合中职学校新的高一德育教材《职业生涯规划》教学中的切身体会,从有效利用案例、合理安排案例、有效选取案例、让学生积极参与到案例的探讨上来等四个方面深入思考,以此提高课堂教学效果。
