冷冲模模板的精度要求比较高,一般工厂均采用坐标镗床加工,而对于中小企业,由于缺少坐标镗床,加工就比较困难。为此,我们利用普通铣床进行改进,在铣床纵、横、上下三个行程位置上,加置游标读数装置,收到较好效果。模板孔的相对中心距误差控制在0.02mm以内。改装方法是利用废旧的游标卡尺。由于铣床的纵向进给范围大,可取500mm的游标卡尺,对横向进给和上下升降可取200mm和300mm的卡尺各一支。首先,将游标卡尺拆开,在砂轮机上磨去卡脚,使成为一根尺杆(图
