在国际竞争激烈之当下,管理意识特别是作为社会发展主力军大学生的管理意识强弱已成为衡量竞争力高低的重要标准之一。但我国传统教育中对大学生管理意识培养途径狭窄、意识缺乏、观念落后,难以适应我国市场经济建设及社会飞速发展的需要。因此,应充分利用新媒体手段及大学生对新媒体技术掌握的良好条件,延伸扩展不同专业授课内容、提供大学生自主择课的平台,进一步丰富活跃校园文化,提高学生校园管理事务参与程度,增加拓展教育途径,开展微课微博等选课方式,参与社会实践,加快校园电子设备建设。
At the moment of fierce international competition, management awareness, especially as the main force of social development, has become one of the most important criteria for evaluating the competitiveness of undergraduates. However, traditional education in our country has a narrow way of cultivating college students’consciousness, lack of consciousness and backward concepts, so it is difficult to adapt to the needs of China’s market economy construction and rapid social development. Therefore, we should make full use of the new media means and the good conditions that the undergraduates should master in the new media technology. They should extend and expand the teaching content of different professions and provide the platform for college students to choose their own courses of choice. They should further enrich the active campus culture, increase the students’ participation in campus management affairs, Education, micro-class micro-Bo and other elective courses, participate in social practice, speed up the construction of campus electronic equipment.
