南山区成立两年来,区委、区政府比较重视加强后备干部的培养教育工作,取得了一些成效。目前,一支政治业务素质较好的后备干部队伍已经初步形成,一批后备干部已经被提拔到区直各部门、各街道办事处和企事业单位的领导岗位,还向有关部门输送了两名副局级和一些处级干部。在加强对后备干部的培养教育工作中,我们主要建立了以下几方面的制度:一是建立目标管理制度,做好后备干部培养规划。1990
