所谓绩效管理,是指制定员工的绩效目标,定期对员工的绩效完成情况进行评价和反馈,它由绩效计划、绩效沟通、绩效考核与绩效反馈组成,与传统的管理模式相比,其更具公平性、有效性。有鉴于此,本文对绩效管理的本质特征及其价值取向进行了分析,初步探讨其应用。
