初中动物学教学当中最感困难的是血液循环,特别是血从大血管流到毛细血管中的流动情形更感到无法理解,不知到血在血管内到底怎样流动着。我们在动物学教学中曾采用蝌蚪(有内鳃的时期)进行过观察,但用活蝌蚪观察它活动的很剧烈,不便观察。以后我们做了几次改进,采取下列方法进行观察,效果较好,愿供兄弟学校参考使用。先将蝌蚪备好,放到载片上,以后利用很小的酒精棉球(不要多带酒精)放在蝌蚪的头部,稍停就可放到低倍镜下
