通过重力分离SHS技术制备陶瓷内村复合弯管,研究了CrO_3添加剂对Fe_2O_3-Al系陶瓷内衬复合弯管组织和性能的影响。研究发现,CrO_3在燃烧过程中起着化学激活剂的作用,基本不改变陶瓷层中的主要相组成,陶瓷展中尖晶石含量随CrO_3添加量的增多而减少,CrO_3对陶瓷致密过程具有一定的促进作用,使陶瓷层的硬度和复合弯管的抗压剪强度提高,但也引起陶瓷层中的裂纹密度增大,影响复合弯管的抗压溃强度。
The ceramic inner-tube composite elbow was prepared by gravimetric separation SHS technology and the effect of CrO_3 additive on the microstructure and properties of Fe_2O_3-Al ceramic-lined composite elbow pipe was studied. The results show that CrO_3 plays a role of chemical activator in the combustion process, does not change the main phase composition of the ceramic layer, the spinel content decreases with the increase of CrO_3 addition, CrO_3 has a certain degree of densification of the ceramic The hardness of the ceramic layer and the shear strength of the composite elbow pipe are improved, but the crack density in the ceramic layer also increases, which affects the crush strength of the composite elbow pipe.
