目前,我国的股份制改革在具体的股本结构选择模式上,还没有形成统一认识。观察国外情形,美国和日本股份公司的股本结构代表了两种不同类型,通过比较,我们或许能得到某些启示。
At present, China’s shareholding system reform has not yet formed a unified understanding on the specific model of the selection of the share capital structure. Observing the foreign situation, the equity structure of the U.S. and Japan JSCs represents two different types. We may get some inspiration through comparison.
