提出了一个简化的煤燃烧模型,并与湍流两方程模型、传热计算的六通量模型一起构造了一个完整的炉内过程数学模型,完成了炉内过程的数学模拟,并以200T/h锅炉为例进行了实例计算。结果表明,上述三个模型的联合迭代是可以实现的。
A simplified coal combustion model was proposed. A complete mathematical model of furnace process was constructed with the turbulent two-equation model and the six-flux model of heat transfer calculation. The mathematical simulation of the furnace process was completed. The boiler is taken as an example to calculate. The results show that the above three models of joint iteration can be achieved.
