就业歧视行为在我国的大量存在已经成为不争的事实,加强就业歧视立法规制是十分必要的。本文列举了我国就业歧视产生的原因,其中有制度性的也有社会性的,并且针对问题提出了反就业歧视的方法。
The existence of employment discrimination in our country has become an indisputable fact. It is very necessary to strengthen legislation on employment discrimination. This article lists the reasons for the employment discrimination in our country, including institutional and social ones, and puts forward the methods to combat employment discrimination against the problems.
