本文所述工作,主要是试验和研究超精加工对零件耐磨性的影响和超精加工诸因素对零件耐磨性的影响。通过试件的滑动磨损试验,证实经超精加工后的试件,其磨损量比磨削表面小。零件的表面光洁度、磨削用量(径向进给量f_r)、超精加工工艺参数(n_w/f的比值)及零件的圆度等对零件的耐磨性有着不同程度的影响。本文将对上述诸因素作比较试验和分析,以便摸索其客观规律。
This article describes the work, mainly to test and study the impact of super-finishing on the wear resistance of parts and super-finishing factors on the wear resistance of parts. Passing the sliding wear test of the test piece, it is confirmed that the test piece after superfinishing shows a smaller amount of wear than the grinding surface. Parts surface finish, grinding amount (radial feed f_r), superfinishing process parameters (n_w / f ratio) and the circularity of the parts on the wear resistance of the parts have varying degrees of impact. This article will compare and test the above factors in order to explore its objective laws.
