文章采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法及逻辑分析法等研究方法,分析开发武术培训师的重要意义并对高校武术培训师资现状进行调查,结果表明:目前高校武术培训师严重缺乏,这也是武术教育发展缓慢的一个重要原因,因此开发高校武术培训师是推进武术教育向深层次发展的核心所在。通过培训组织的内部开发与外部聘请的方式对高校武术培训师人力资源进行开发,对建设高校武术培训师具有较强的理论与实践意义。
This paper analyzes the significance of developing Wushu trainers and investigates the status quo of Wushu trainers in colleges and universities through literature, questionnaire, expert interviews and logical analysis. The results show that there is a serious shortage of Wushu trainers in colleges and universities, This is also an important reason for the slow development of Wushu education. Therefore, developing Wushu trainers in colleges and universities is the core of promoting Wushu education to deeper development. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to train human resources of martial arts trainers in colleges and universities through the way of internal training and external hiring of training organizations.
