本文采用复变函数作为有限单元模式,结合运用分区广义变分原理,解决了经贴焊加固板后的有限中心开裂板的应力强度因子降率的计算问题,并得到了该问题的近似的解析解。计算实践表明,本方法成功地分析和解决了加固板与有限中心开裂板在焊接线上的位移连续和内力平衡问题。与常规有限元方法相比较,本方法可大大节约内存、提高精度、降低计算时间。数值计算的结果列于诸表之中,可供工程技术人员设计参考。
In this paper, the complex function is used as the finite element model, combined with the generalized variational principle of zoning to solve the calculation of the stress intensity factor reduction rate of the finite center splitting plate after welding and strengthening the plate, and an approximate analysis of the problem is obtained. solution. The calculation practice shows that this method successfully analyzes and solves the problem of continuous displacement and internal force balance between the reinforcing plate and the limited center splitting plate on the welding line. Compared with conventional finite element methods, this method can greatly save memory, improve accuracy, and reduce computation time. The results of numerical calculations are listed in the tables, which can be used by engineering technicians for reference.
