针对常用蜂窝陶瓷蓄热体正方形格孔直折角应力集中与表面黑度系数低的不足,研制了一种低应力蜂窝陶瓷蓄热体,通过圆角正方形格孔的结构设计,保持了蓄热体高换热比表面积的特点,避免了格孔直折角的应力集中;通过蓄热体浸涂红外辐射涂料,强化蓄热体表面辐射换热性能。根据格孔结构参数的计算分析与蓄热体试制结果,圆角正方形格孔的低应力化结构改善了蓄热体的综合力学指标,能够与常规蓄热体互换安装。
In order to solve the problem that the stress concentration and the low surface blackness coefficient of the square grids of the commonly used honeycomb ceramic regenerators are too low, a low stress honeycomb ceramic regenerator is developed.
