血管新生是实体肿瘤发育、浸润、转移必不可少的条件,肿瘤细胞及周围间质细胞产生的血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、纤维原细胞生长因子(bFGF)、血小板释放的内皮细胞生长因子(PD-ECGF)、胸腺嘧啶磷酸化酶(dThdPase)等血管生长因子,与细胞因子共同作用于肿瘤近旁的血管内皮细胞,使之生成新的血管,肿瘤内部微小血管密度(IMVD)增加,促进原发灶的发育、发展。血管内皮细胞受体仰制剂和细胞内信号传递因子抑制剂都可以抑制血管新生,有关血管新生抑制剂的研究可作为妇科肿瘤治疗的借鉴。
