以不同母质发育的黄棕壤为供试土壤,在土培条件下研究了杉木无性系苗期叶片元素含量与生长的相关性。结果表明,杉木苗期叶片K的含量与苗高生长极显著正相关;Mg的含量与苗高生长极显著负相关.同一土壤上不同无性系间,元素含量差异达显著水平。叶片元素含量在无性系之间的差异远大于土壤之间的差异。据此,提出用叶片元素分析来鉴别杉木早期的速生性状。
Yellow brown soil with different parent materials was used as test soil, and the correlation between leaf element content and growth of Chinese fir clones at seedling stage was studied under soil culture conditions. The results showed that there was a significant positive correlation between the content of K in seedling height and seedling height, and the content of Mg had a significant negative correlation with the growth of seedling height. The content of element in different soils on the same soil reached a significant level. Leaf element content in clonal differences is much larger than the difference between the soil. Accordingly, leaf element analysis is proposed to identify fast-growing traits of early Chinese fir.
