研究发现内皮源性松弛因子就是一氧化氮 (NO) ,许多研究证实NO在心血管系统种具有重要的生理功能 ,血管及循环中许多细胞成分包括红细胞及血小板均有左旋精氨酸 /一氧化氮 (L arg/NO)系统 ,L arg/NO系统功能紊乱在许多心血管疾病中都具有重要的意义 ,近年来对红细胞和血小板的研究显示了它们对心血管系统的重要作用 ,及在某些心血管疾病中红细胞和血小板L arg/NO途径的变化及其病理生理意义。
