采用简易往复式索道运输的小型矿山,在进行索道轨索安装的时候,往往由于缺乏必要的测量装置,而不能较准确地确定轨索的实际张紧程度,从而给安装和生产带来许多困难。根据某些资料介绍,对于两端固定的钢索,可以用敲击钢索测量其振动频率的方法来求算出钢索的实际张力。但上述几篇文件,在对于原理的叙述上,有些不够明确的地方,且存在某些方面的错误。我们通过学习,并在张力已知的贵定石灰石矿架空索道的钢索上作了实测,用以校核实际张力与计算张力的误差。现仅就我们的一些体会,来谈谈这个问题。
