本文对邻苯二甲酸酐和顺丁烯二酸酐与乙二醇进行缩聚反应所形成的不饱和聚酯,经陡度淋洗分级后,对各级分用端基分析法测定其分子量。用已知分子量的窄分布的各级分建立了GPC的标定工作曲线。实验表明,由该标定工作曲线测定的不饱和聚酯的分子量和分子量分布准确、可靠,从而为不饱和聚醋分子量和分子量分布的测定提供了一个快速有效的方法。
In this paper, unsaturated polyester formed by polycondensation of phthalic anhydride and maleic anhydride with ethylene glycol was fractionated by steepness and the molecular weight was determined by end group analysis. A calibration curve of GPC was established using each of the narrowly distributed fractions of known molecular weight. Experiments show that the molecular weight and molecular weight distribution of the unsaturated polyester determined by the calibration curve are accurate and reliable, which provides a fast and effective method for the determination of the molecular weight and the molecular weight distribution of unsaturated polyester.
