Objective To study the expression and significance of tumor-associated genes MCM-2 and Grp94 in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma. Methods The immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect esophageal squamous cell carcinoma in 80 cases and the expression of tumor-associated gene MCM-2 and Grp94 were observed. Meanwhile, the expressions of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma, invasion and metastasis were retrospectively studied The relationship between rational parameters. Results 1) The positive rates of MCM-2 and Grp94 in 80 esophageal squamous cell carcinoma tissues were 50.0% (40/80) and 68.8% (55/80), respectively. (2) The positive rate of MCM-2 protein expression in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma was significantly higher than that in well-differentiated, moderate-poorly differentiated, with or without lymph node metastasis (P <0.05). The positive expression rates of MCM-2 protein in the non-invasive and muscular layers were significantly higher than those in normal controls (P> 0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups. (5) The positive expression rate of Grp-94 protein in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma was significantly higher than that of Grp-94 protein (P <0.05) , Statistical differences were significant. Yes, no lymph node metastasis, Grp-94 protein positive expression detection rate comparison, Р> 0.05, the statistical difference was not significant. Conclusion (1) suggest that MCM-2 and Grp-94 play an important role in tumorigenesis. (2) Tip MCM-2 protein and metastasis are closely related. (3) The expression of Grp-94 protein is related to tumor progression.
