伴随着秋天的脚步,怀揣着美好的希望,我参加了“国培计划(2012)”——吉林省校本研修培训者置换脱产项目东北师范大学小学班。从花开到雪落,历时整整三个月;从困惑到收获,理论实践相结合。我要衷心地说一句——谢谢你,我的国培之旅!一、有一种纪念叫实践三个月的校本研修分集中培训、影子培训、返岗研修、汇报交流四部分。人们常说,培训就是学学词儿,交交人儿,养养神儿,写写文儿。此话倒也不假。聆听了史宁中、黄宝国、刘益春、宋海英、吴正宪等28位专家的37场报告,撰写了近9万字的研修日志和22篇体会文章,其中交流两篇;在天津路小学学习了5周,撰写了两篇考察报告和一篇行动研究计划,影子培训期间还曾两次参观了吉林
