广东省珠海地区钻孔剖面的沉积物,通过实验测试和分析研究,表明本区历史时期有4次海侵。第1次海侵发生于7500a B.P.,最高海面可能高于现今海面1m左右。5750a B.P.发生第2次海侵,来势迅猛,当时的海面可能高于现今海面4m左右。第3、4次海侵分别发生于4650a B.P.与2600a B.P.,它们持续的时间较长,并且海面出现多次波动。目前已进入第5次海侵阶段,预计50年后海面可能上升15-20cm。
Drilling section sediments in Zhuhai, Guangdong Province, through experimental testing and analysis, show that there are 4 transgressions during the historical period in this area. The first transgression occurred at 7500a B.P. The highest sea level may be about 1m above sea level today. 5750a B.P. The second transgression occurred rapidly and the sea level at that time was probably 4 meters above sea level. The third and fourth transgressions occurred at 4650a B.P. and 2600a B.P., respectively, which lasted longer and the sea surface experienced multiple fluctuations. It has now entered the fifth phase of transgression. It is estimated that the sea level may rise 15-20 cm after 50 years.
