目的了解该类单位的餐具消毒质量情况。方法大肠菌群快速检测纸片测定法。结果总合格率为47.4%。结论餐具消毒质量合格率不高,尚需加强单位自律和监督管理。
Objective To understand the disinfection quality of tableware of such units. Methods Coliform rapid detection of paper determination. The total qualified rate was 47.4%. Conclusion tableware disinfection quality pass rate is not high, still need to strengthen self-discipline and supervision and management units.
