随着我国的不断发展,经济实力飞速提升,越来越多的政府医院如雨后春笋般在市场中逐渐涌现出来。数量庞大的政府医院给国家的经济提供了后勤保证,也为社会提供了许多的工作岗位。但是,在目前,我国的政府医院普遍存在着经营管理不善的问题,这严重制约着政府医院的进一步发展。本文从医院人力资源管理角度入手,就当前的管理模式中存在的问题出发,结合当前医院的经营现状进行分析,提出一些可以提高政府医院管理效果的有效措施。
With the continuous development of our country and the rapid increase of economic strength, more and more government hospitals have mushroomed in the market gradually. A large number of government hospitals provide logistical support to the economy of the country and provide many jobs for the community. However, at present, the government administration in our country generally has problems of poor management and administration, which seriously restricts the further development of government hospitals. Starting with the perspective of hospital human resource management, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the current management mode and analyzes the current operating conditions of the hospital, and puts forward some effective measures to improve the management effect of government hospitals.
