对现有弧齿锥齿轮和准双曲面齿轮齿面接触分析理论中一些不足之处作了改进和补充,例如,给出切齿啮合瞬时传动比和角加速度的精确计算公式,补充了求接触迹线方向角和传动比的导数的计算公式。对齿面的理论接触区和齿的边缘接触进行了理论分析,利用笔者研制成的软件进行实例计算,计算机输出的图形与切齿试验得到的接触区基本相同。本软件不仅可用于切齿调整的计算机辅助分析,而且可用于齿面接触区移动规律的计算机辅助分析。文中还给出了应用实例。
